Welcome to HALOS Final Conference - a full-day event on the 8th of June. 

We share results from HALOS -  a unique project focused on development of the Life Science sector using large-scale facilities MAX IV, ESS, DESY and European XFEL .

We have prepared an exciting programme including a welcome note by Erik Renström, discussion about collaboration with industry, joint strategy for further collaboration in the HALOS region and a panel discussion with Pia Kinhult, Klaus von Lepel and others.

Hanseatic League of Science (HALOS) is en EU project in the program area Öresund-Kattegatt-Skagerak (ÖKS) interreg that started 1st of February 2019. HALOS will build a unique collaboration between Hamburg and South-West Scandinavia, bring together the four unique research facilities MAX IV, ESS, DESY and European XFEL, and create a centre for integrated, world-leading Life Science innovation and research.
