Related to the new open Theme Call, we wish you welcome to a Q&A about how to apply and manage a Theme at LINXS. We will present the following:

• how a Theme works

• what the application and evaluation process looks like

• what is required for the application process

• how the current Themes are linked to LINXS focus areas, hard matter, soft matter and life science. 

• tips and Ideas from previous successful applicants

Stephen Hall, Director of LINXS, and Imaging Theme leader, will present how their core group has worked with the Imaging theme, including setting up and driving different working groups, and highlight lessons learned from the process. 

Åsa Grunning and Anna Ntinidou will speak on what types of scientific activities and events are supported by LINXS, and the LINXS operational model for hosting Themes.
