Join us at LINXS for the kick‑off meeting of Working Group 1 within the SMILE Theme – Soft Matter in Life!
This two‑day hybrid workshop brings together PIs, postdocs, PhD students, and members of the SMILE community to launch the group’s activities and explore biological self‑assembly across time and length scales.
When: 25-26 March, 2026
Where: at LINXS (LINXS, The Loop, Rydbergs torg 4, Lund), workshop room on the 3 floor, with digital participation (passive participation) possibility via Zoom.
About
Welcome to the kick‑off meeting for Working Group 1 of the LINXS Theme Soft Matter in Life, “SMILE” – Biological self-assembly across time and length scales.
During this workshop, we will introduce the working group and its mission, hear presentations from an invited plenary speaker (TBD), receive research introductions from PIs, and enjoy flash presentations from students to learn about ongoing research directions.
Participants registering as students or postdocs are asked to indicate their PI to facilitate programme planning.
