LINXS is partnering with the Hercules School and will host students one week at LINXS in Lund during this yearly school.
The HERCULES School is open for early career researchers and PhD students working with synchrotron or neutron science, and offers an intensive, interdisciplinary training course. With its base in Grenoble, France, the school comprises five weeks of learning.
🧪 Participants will attend lectures by top international scientists and receive hands-on experimental training at leading large-scale facilities, including:
· ESRF, ILL, IBS, CNRS in Grenoble
· Plus one week at ALBA (Spain), MAX IV & ESS with a base at LINXS (Sweden), SOLEIL (France), or KIT (Germany)
📚 Two lecture tracks:
· Session A: Physics and Chemistry of Condensed Matter
· Session B: Biomolecular and Soft Condensed Matter
➡️ With a common core on Basic Methods and Instruments
