Paul Hurley, Tyndall Institute and University College Cork

Paul Hurley is Head of the Nanoelectronic Materials and Devices Group at the Tyndall National Institute, Ireland, and a Research Professor in the Department of Chemistry at University College Cork. His research interests include semiconductor/oxide interfaces and their impact on LED efficiency as well as dopants in semiconducting oxides.
