Tobias Krojer trained as a structural biologist at the Max Planck Institute of Biochemistry in Martinsried (Germany) and received a PhD from Cardiff University (UK). He continued his post-doctoral research at the Institute of Molecular Pathology in Vienna (Austria). In 2009, he joined the Structural Genomics Consortium (Oxford University, UK) as a team leader in the Protein Crystallography group, focusing on methods development and structure-driven chemical biology. He moved to Lund in 2021 to lead the FragMAX facility for crystal-based fragment and ligand screening at MAX IV Laboratory.
