Learn about the Frontiers of Archaeobotany! On September 21, we are welcoming the first Guest Researcher of the Heritage Science Theme: Prof Dorian Fuller (UCL). His talk will explore three areas of progress related to the study of domestication, including micro-CT and synchrotron imaging, and approaches to reconstructing the cultural recreation of foods (or recipes).
